TTL France can provide bag regeneration services on the spot, with or without removal of the baskets.

Ultrasonic regeneration

This service involves full removal of the filter bags and their transport to specialized workshops, and it is more specifically applicable to top-of-the-range media.

Laboratory simulation

This type of work is preceded by a prior study in our laboratory to validate its feasibility.

The efficiency of the regeneration process depends on the type of clogging found, and on the degree of ageing noted for the filter bags to be cleaned.

Procedure to be followed to send us a bag to be tested prior to drawing up an estimate:

• Take the bag out of the filter without shaking it too much. Do not clean the bag.
• Put the bag in an airtight plastic wrapping and seal the wrapping.
• Pack the wrapping in a carton.
• Fill in the Analysis request form carefully and enclose it with the package.
